Albina ONE Chandelier

This feature light piece was commissioned to reflect Albina ONE’s overal aesthetic direction. Our studio embedded Afrofuturist princples into the chandelier’s DNA using a bold palettes of royal blues, golds, and a spectrum of colors found in Portland’s local fauna/ flora. These colors fuction as both aesthetic and symbolic gestures evoking ancestral memory, propsperity and aspirational futures; while honoring Albina’s historic Black history.
